How do I get dances?

Every dance is fueled by coins. You can earn coins with a subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly), or buy them one-time as a coin pack that never expires.

Weekly subscriptions: Starter ($4.99/wk, 1,200 coins), Creation ($9.99/wk, 3,000 coins), Advanced ($14.99/wk, 5,400 coins), Elite ($19.99/wk, 7,800 coins) or Prestige ($69.99/wk, 31,200 coins). Each week your balance is refilled up to the plan's coins; unused coins do not add up. From November 1, 2026, new Creation Weekly subscribers can start with a 3-day free trial, with 1,200 or 3,000 coins depending on your app version and the screen; the App Store shows the terms before you confirm.

Monthly & yearly subscriptions: Creation Monthly ($29.99/mo, 3,000 coins every week) or Creation Yearly ($149.99/yr, 1,200 coins every week). Each week of the period you paid for, your balance is topped up to the plan's weekly coins, even if you have turned auto-renew off; unused coins do not add up.

One-time coin packs: A $2.99 Starter Pack for first-time buyers (1,800 coins; the coin store stops showing it after you buy it), plus coin packs at $2.99 (1,400 coins), $7.99 (4,000), $17.99 (9,400), $39.99 (20,000) and $99.99 (53,000). None of them expire.

These are the United States prices in US dollars. Everywhere else the App and the App Store show the price in your own currency, as set by Apple for your country or region, before you buy.

Existing subscribers on Plus, Pro Weekly and Lite keep their plans without changes. Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly and Creator are no longer sold and do not renew; if you have one, it runs to the end of your current billing period.

How long does a video take to generate?

Videos in the 17 dance styles are usually ready in 2 to 5 minutes; Premium templates usually take 4 to 10 minutes. The app shows an estimate. In app version 5.28 and later, once your video has started you can leave the app: it is made on our servers, the finished video appears in your Library, and the app notifies you if notifications are on. In older versions, keep Danceify open until a video in the 17 dance styles is done.

Do purchased coins expire?

No. Coins you buy and coins from paid periods do not expire, unless Apple refunds that purchase. Subscription coins are refilled every week on every plan, including the monthly and yearly plans. If your plan started with a free trial, the coins that came with it are for the trial (1,200 or 3,000 coins, depending on your app version and the screen): if the app told you that unused trial coins expire, any you have not used expire when the trial ends, unless your paid subscription starts; otherwise they stay if you cancel. If your first payment is declined, unused trial coins are removed either way. Your first payment refills your balance up to your plan's weekly coins; a top-up adds nothing if your balance is already at or above that amount.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find Danceify and tap Cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, including a free trial or other introductory period. Cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends and you are not charged; your trial coins work until the trial ends. Unused coins from a 1,200-coin trial then expire; coins from a 3,000-coin trial stay. When a paid plan ends, your coin balance stays and the weekly refills stop. On Creation Monthly and Creation Yearly, weekly refills continue for the rest of the period you paid for.

How do I restore purchases?

In the app, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". This restores an active subscription tied to your Apple Account. If coins you bought are missing afterwards, email us with the user ID shown in Settings.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. In the app, Settings → Delete Account removes your account, your coin history, your Premium dances and your Regular videos (app version 5.28 and later), with the videos and photos stored with them. It does not cancel a subscription; cancel that in your iPhone's Settings first. To delete everything else we hold, including anything stored under an earlier user ID and analytics data, or to ask for a copy of your data, email us at danceify.app@gmail.com with the user ID shown in the app's Settings page (or write from your account email if you signed in with one).
