By downloading, installing, or using Danceify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.
Danceify allows you to generate AI-powered dance videos from your photos. The App is fueled by coins, which you can earn through a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription, or purchase one-time as a non-expiring coin pack.
Prices in your currency. The App and the App Store show every price in the currency of your App Store country or region, as set by Apple for that storefront and including any local taxes, before you confirm a purchase. That is the price you pay. The prices listed below are the United States prices in US dollars, given for reference; in other countries and regions the price is the local equivalent shown in the App.
Weekly subscriptions (auto-renewing). Each renewal refills your balance up to the tier's weekly coins. Unused coins do not add up; coins above that amount stay. Higher tiers refill to more coins.
Monthly & yearly subscriptions (auto-renewing). Billed on a longer cycle. Coins are still refilled every week: 3,000 a week on Creation Monthly and 1,200 a week on Creation Yearly. If you turn auto-renew off, refills continue for the rest of the period you paid for, and your balance stays when it ends.
Plans that started with a free trial. If your subscription started with a free trial, the trial came with the number of coins shown in the App when you started it (1,200 or 3,000 coins, depending on your App version and the screen). If the App told you that unused trial coins expire, any you have not used expire when the free trial ends, unless your paid subscription starts; otherwise they stay if you cancel. If your first payment is declined, unused trial coins are removed in either case. Your first payment refills your balance up to your plan's weekly coins; a top-up adds nothing if your balance is already at or above that amount. Coins you buy and coins from paid periods do not expire, unless Apple refunds that purchase.
One-time coin packs (consumable, never expire).
Legacy plans (no longer offered in the current App). Danceify Plus, Pro Weekly and Lite keep auto-renewing at their original price for people who already have them; older versions of the App may still offer them. Danceify Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly and Creator were removed from sale on October 30, 2026 and do not renew: if you have one, it runs to the end of your current billing period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends if you started one. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store.
Refund reviews. Refunds are decided by Apple. If you ask Apple for a refund and you have turned on Refund Reviews in the App (on the consent screen or in Settings, App version 5.27 and later), we send Apple information about that purchase — whether it was delivered, how much of it you used, whether a free trial came before it, and whether we think the refund should be granted — so Apple can review your request. Refund Reviews is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings or by e-mailing danceify.app@gmail.com.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using the App, you grant Danceify a limited license to store and process your photos, and to send them to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, solely for the purpose of generating dance videos. The Privacy Policy says how long photos are kept.

The App, its design, features, and content (excluding your uploaded photos and generated videos) are owned by Danceify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI-generated videos may vary in quality and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danceify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
