On Home, tap the tab for who is in the photo: DOG, CAT, BABY or ADULT. This is not just a label — the AI uses this information to apply the correct body mechanics, proportions, and movement style. A dog doing salsa requires fundamentally different physics than a person doing salsa.
This is the fun part. Choose from 17 dance styles, each with distinct choreography:
Plus Bollywood, Samba, Greek Dance, Tango, Flamenco, Reggaeton, Swing, Belly Dance, Hula, Country Line, and Irish Dance. Every style works with every subject type.
Select a photo from your camera roll. The AI works best with clear, well-lit images where the subject is front-facing and takes up a good portion of the frame. One subject per photo — crop out anyone else if needed. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or extreme angles. Then pick a track in the MUSIC row.
After you tap CREATE, the AI gets to work. The AI preserves your subject's face, features, and identity throughout the dance.
Your video comes with the track you picked before tapping CREATE; you can change it on the player. The app includes a selection of tracks suited to each genre. The music syncs with the choreography to create a polished final product.
Save the finished video to your camera roll with one tap. Videos are rendered in a vertical format optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories. Share directly from your phone to any platform — or send it in a text message to make someone's day.
Natural daylight produces the best results. If shooting indoors, face a window or use even, diffused lighting. Avoid harsh shadows across the face — the AI needs to clearly map facial features to preserve identity in the video.
Front-facing photos work best. Slight angles (up to about 30 degrees) are fine, but extreme side profiles or overhead shots can confuse the AI. The closer to a straight-on shot, the better the dance output will look.
The subject should fill a good portion of the frame, with the whole body in view: whole-body photos dance best, and the app warns you when only part of a person's body is showing. Leave a bit of space around the subject rather than cropping too tight.
For dogs and cats, use a photo where the pet is looking toward the camera. Clear shots of their face and body give the AI enough detail to preserve breed-specific features like fur markings, ear shape, and coloring. The AI will render them standing on their hind legs with choreography designed for their body type.
